Paris October 30 the Supreme Council decided to impose full reparations on Germany for the sinking of the German Fleet at Scapa Flow according to an International News Service report.
Indianapolis reports indicate assailing Wilson’s recall plea as partisan and threatening, while Mine Workers head Lewis sends a reply to Secretary Wilson. No arrests yet as bloodhounds trail suspects near Johnson and Harris homes and Monon and Southeastern rail lines.

Mrs and Mrs James Magan married in Vincennes two weeks ago visited here with his sister Mrs Henry Flinn and family. They returned to Vincennes Thursday to make this their future home. He served in the First division was wounded by a machine gun spent fourteen months in a German prison. His family thought him dead for eleven months before a letter arrived. He just returned from France three weeks ago and received an honorable discharge. A K Sears shipped a carload of 31 head of fine cattle from Williams to the Indianapolis market Wednesday.
The Indiana State Teachers Association convened in Indianapolis for a three day session. The Monon ticket office sold 80 round trip tickets to teachers, with many buying in Mitchell for reduced rates. Attendance by teachers is estimated at 15,000. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Hanners and two children of Terre Haute traveled to Sparksville to visit relatives.
Mrs Walter Forander of M street received notice of the marriage of her daughter Hazel Lutes to Alvin C Whaley last Tuesday in Indianapolis. The bride, reared here, left town two years ago to work with N. P. Wasson Co. in Indianapolis. Mr Whaley is a motorman on the city's streetcar lines. They will reside on Edison Ave Indianapolis.
Morton Thomas age 17 son of Mr and Mrs Mort Thomas of Heltonville arrives for a seven day furlough from the U S S Arizona now at Brooklyn Navy Yard. His brother Audry recently returned from 18 months in France and received honorable discharge at an army camp. The Bedford High School basketball team traveled to Vincennes Wednesday for a game with the Vincennes team.

The Bedford High School team defeated Vincennes High School 33 to 12 in a Wednesday night game played in Vincennes. Delays due to electric light trouble pushed the finish to a late hour.
The Willing Workers held a pleasant Tuesday afternoon gathering with Mrs. S. S. Lappin. A musical program featured Mrs. Fred Standish and Miss Ross from Illinois, a vocal duet by Mrs. J. B. Stevenson and Mrs. O. Norman, and a talk by Mrs. Viola Parks Edwards on the Woman of the New Testament. Hot chocolate, marshmallows, and cake were served during social hour.
Pons Lt. Lewis former president of the United Mine Workers of America says internal politics in the union triggered the soft coal miners strike. He calls the proposed action uncalled for and a crime against the nation and urges Congress to pass a civil resolution for the international officers to negotiate a wage agreement with coal operators.
Detective Fred Bowen of the Mon on is ending his service today after resigning. He has not chosen a new livelihood. Bowen shot the man Pressley during a roving car incident at McDoel months ago. Frank L. Reed returned Wednesday from a two week visit with relatives in Kensags.

Two more open hearth furnaces were started at Youngstown Ohio, with officials saying another finishing mill would operate during the day. About half of Mahoning valley open hearth furnaces are now in operation, a Carnegie Steel observer noted.

Jurors in the Bartholomew circuit heard testimony in Clyde Bond's suit for 15 dollars claiming a hay sale to Mrs. Mary Vawter was unpaid. After sniffing the hay the jury ruled neither party owed damages, with costs about 200 dollars split evenly.
