Funeral services for Mrs. William Walters held in Hopkins
Funeral services were conducted at the Methodist church Friday afternoon for Mrs. William Walters who died suddenly at her home near Hopkins Wednesday evening. She was seventy five, born in Mercer County Missouri, and had lived in Hopkins for sixty five years. She is survived by her husband, a daughter Mrs. Arthur Prather of Hopkins, a sister Mrs. Jane Arnold of St. Joseph, and a brother Eli McAtee of Burlington Junction, Missouri. Burial was in Hopkins cemetery.

Hopkins Woman Dies En Route To St Louis For Treatment
Mrs. J. E. Kysar aged 60 of Hopkins died at 3:30 Sunday afternoon from a paralytic stroke while being transported to St. Louis for medical aid. She was taken by her sons Donald and Paul Kysar of Norfolk to join her brother Dr. John Bram. funeral was at the home Tuesday, Rev. Paul Barton officiating, burial in Hopkins cemetery. She is survived by her husband, two sons, and one brother.

John Hanna Dies at 81 in Hopkins Mo
John Hanna aged 81 died at his Hopkins home on a Saturday night. Funeral services were held at Young and Campbell Funeral Home and burial was in Amity Missouri. He moved to Hopkins in 1928 from Amity where he had lived since early childhood. Born December 29 1856 in Newcastle Pennsylvania. Survived by his widow four brothers and four sisters.
