Siam Community Mourns Earl Garret and Memorial Services Held
Earl Garret known as Granny died May 25 1965 at Veterans Hospital Kansas City. He lived near Siam with the John Streitenberger family and was brother to Everett Garret of Clarinda. Funeral held in Kansas City with burial at Leavenworth National Cemetery. Memorial services were held at Siam cemetery with a speech by Glen Mitchell pastor.
