Property described as the north half of Lots 5 and 6 in Block 35 in Bedford. Sale to be held May 14 1921 at 2 PM in front of the Bedford Courthouse for cash.
In the District Court of Iowa Taylor County June Term 1921 Mima R Fowler plaintiff v Kirk W Fowler et al defendants. The petition asks to set aside the will of J W Fowler probate record and declares revocation of February 27 1920. Defendants must appear before noon June 27 1921 at Bedford Iowa or a default judgment will be entered.
