Baytown Lions Club financed an electrocardiograph for the Baytown Health League clinic at San Jacinto Memorial Hospital. The device serves about 150 cardiovascular patients, with weekly heart clinics and more than 80 ECGs performed since the gift.
The Baytown Health League appeals for medicine bottles to stock the basement clinic at San Jae vinta Memorial hospital. Supervisor Mrs Pierson says last year’s generous Baytonians emptied the supply. She notes bottles for pill sterilization are in short supply and requests paper sacks as well for patient carry bags.
