Council to collect information, then Planning and Zoning may forward measure for action. City tax rolls update follows the session with certified values at about 2.16 billion and uncertified values around 287.9 million. tax rate expected near 73.7 cents per 100. Session runs 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. at Baytown City Hall.
