Baytown Police seek volunteers for an Educational Alcohol Dosing Session at 3200 N Main St. on Saturday from 5 pm to midnight. Volunteers will consume 80 proof liquor to reach BAC between 0.08 and 0.15 then perform field sobriety tests for officer certification.
