Catering Connection feeds disaster crews at Ritchie Bros site
Energy caterer Catering Connection based in St. Francisville operates on site with 16 crew, RV lodging, and refrigerated trucks carrying up to $100,000 worth of food daily. They stock a seven day breakfast menu and boxed lunches for the road while coordinating 400 to 500 trucks nightly and transporting big supplies from other sites if needed. CenterPoint Logistics and Base Logistics handle orders, waste, and supply lines as weather disasters like Ike strain crews assisting power restoration.
