A Huffman man reported the theft of his $6,000 Low Boy trailer from Nazra Street on Wednesday morning. The tan trailer carried a 525-gallon pressure washer with the initials TJT and a 5 by 3 foot silver toolbox. no license plate was found. The trailer remains missing.

Knife Drawn After Crash Lands Man Behind Bars

Man Found Drunk at Jack in the Box on Decker Drive
A man was found passed out in the Jack In The Box parking lot on Decker Drive early Thursday morning. He reeked of alcohol and was arrested for public intoxication. A separate report notes a $500 nickel plated .38 revolver stolen from a residence on Olive Street. Between 6am Wednesday and 6am Thursday Baytown Police logged 155 calls including eight alarms, two assaults, two thefts, and a major accident.

Baytown man Karl Dobberstein dies in highway crash
Karl Dobberstein, 23, of Baytown died after a State Highway 71 crash near Koehl Road. The 2001 Robert E. Lee High School graduate, an instrument technician at Chevron, was wearing a seatbelt. Funeral services were set for 10 a.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with burial at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
