Two men robbed a Sonic in the 8800 block of N Highway 146 about 10 30 p m with silver handguns. Staff cooperated and handed over cash. Police say the case remains under investigation.
Between Monday morning and Tuesday morning Baytown police logged 28 offense reports and investigated incidents including one auto theft, two burglaries, three burglaries of motor vehicles, two criminal mischief cases, one disorderly conduct case, one DWI, one robbery, one sexual assault and five thefts. Eight other arrests and three miscellaneous reports were written. Two major crashes and one, two major crashes were investigated.
