Baytown widens John Martin Road for Buc ee s opening
The City of Baytown has begun a 980000 widening and realignment of John Martin Road by I 10 to support the Buc ee s opening. One way traffic is used during construction with an aim to finish before Buc ee s opens in late November or December. The plan includes widening to four lanes and a future fifth northbound right turn lane, with broader multi‑million road upgrades planned between I 10 and Hunt Road.

Baytown EMS praised for cleaning injured patron’s kitchen
