Humble project details and nearby business plans outlined
A new building rises five feet above a landscaped parking area with an airy design to match the Humble office complex under construction. Entry from west Decker Drive or San Jacinto Street, a preserved green park area north of the building, and buff frontage against cocoa walls define the exterior. A central TV teller and future units are planned, with a committee led by Ed Orr and several HCU managers coordinating the project.
