HARLINGEN Texas gas prices fell to 1.98 on Wednesday after a price war between H E B and Stripes. Stripes manager Jose Bazan said the move drew many customers as they refueled and bought snacks. Christina Machado called it a big relief noting it had been under 2 dollars for a long time.

Toyota to restart full-size truck plant with one line
Toyota Motor Corp plans to resume production at its 2009 model full-size Tundra plant in San Antonio on November 10 with one production line.
