Man charged with cattle rustling in Chambers County
Larry Dean Fulton, 49, is charged with two counts of theft of livestock, a third degree felony. Investigators, aided by Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association special ranger Jimmy Belt, traced cattle allegedly stolen from Wade Brown to Fulton, who sold 10 head in his name without owner Gary Angel’s consent.
