Murder suspect arrested after standoff in Houston hotel
Baytown Special Operations detectives captured murder suspect Raymond Riley, 28, after a three hour standoff at the Houston Inn Suites on Wayside Drive. Riley, a person of interest in Victor Ayala's death at Rosemont Apartments, was booked on a pocket warrant for murder. Ayala’s Mercedes C230, valued by Edmunds at 10 to 12 thousand, was found burnt in a Walmart lot on Wayside. Authorities are probing the link between Ayala and Riley.
