Capt Bill Laughlin and his wife Charlotte Herrington of Baytown return from Germany after three years of Army service Laughlin served as assistant provost marshal in Bremerhaven and led as provost marshal in the final months He completed his tour on August 18 The couple toured Europe three months before heading home Laughlin a UT Law School graduate and Robert E Lee High School standout was a three year letterman on the UT football team.
