Man Charged in Doughnut Shop Killing Amid Eyewitness Testimony
Witnesses described a struggle at Dina's Donuts where Bunrith In was killed during a confrontation with Driver who allegedly chased In with a knife after In's wife tried to return his order. A police sketch used a tan glove clue, and a box of gloves was found at Driver's home. The case moves to a Harris County court. Driver remains jailed without bail.

Suspect Fernandez Arrested After High-Speed Chase
A suspect wanted for murder fled in a Mitsubishi after opening fire near a restaurant. He ditched the vehicle on southbound 146 toward Baytown, collided with two cars, and was captured after a police stop. Fernandez faces murder and attempted capital murder charges, with bond set at $30,000. The Chambers County DA filed the latter charge. Fernandez is held in Harris County jail. His wife and infant were in the home of his parents when the killing occurred. Authorities have not released the cause of Michelle Fernandez’s death.
