Dorothy Barrow of Anahuac A local icon and grocer
The town knows Dorothy Barrow as Hill's Grocery owner and Anahuac City Council pioneer. She remembers Humble Oil ties and governor Uncle Ross, details her family history, and notes her daily 8 to 8 schedule with 10:30 to 2 hour break. Her roots stretch to early Anahuac settlers and local landmarks while she cherishes small town life.
