New York AP reports Wall Street fell sharply on Thursday as investors faced the end of rate-cut hopes and a slowing economy. The Dow declined 362.14 points to 13,567.87, S&P 500 slid 40.94 to 1,508.44, and Nasdaq lost 64.29 to 2,794.83.
