A. H. W. Lintelman Baytown fire chief was elected president of the Southwest Division International Association of Fire Chiefs as the group closed its 28th annual convention in Galveston. Funeral services are 3 pm Wednesday at Howard Funeral Home Chapel for Thomas M M Rosegrant 33 of Jacinto City. He was found face down in Trinity Bay three miles east of Point Bartow after a capsized boat incident during a fishing trip. He leaves a widow Ella Fern, four children, and parents Mr. and Mrs. T J Rosegrant of Houston. a brother and two sisters survive. The body was recovered by Ellington Air Force Base crew and Chamberg county deputies with wind and life belt notes cited by Sheriff Otley. He managed Epps Supermarket in Green Bayou.
