Police reports describe a 46 foot flatbed trailer valued at 7000 dollars stolen from a truck stop in the 10000 block of Interstate 10 between 5 30 and 10 30 p m Monday. Additional shoplifting losses include 4900 block of Garth Road 4 31 p m Tuesday and 2800 block of North Alexander Drive 7 01 p m Tuesday with 330 dollars stolen. A man was cited for theft at 6000 block East Wallisville Road 4 12 5 p m Tuesday for snacks and drinks from a vending machine. A Baytown resident faced a theft citation in a shoplifting incident at 3900 block Garth Road 7 16 p m Monday. Consumable goods worth 44 dollars stolen.
A vehicle was stolen from the 300 block of Greenbriar Drive between 1 and 7 p.m Tuesday valued at $4,000. On March 28 an automobile theft occurred in the 5100 block of Garth Road valued at $13,317. At 3:36 p.m Tuesday a vehicle was stolen from a business in the 4900 block of Garth Road valued at $8,000.
A criminal mischief report covers $250 damage to cars on Village Lane at 8:01 a.m. Tuesday. Earlier, between Monday afternoon and 11:24 a.m. Tuesday, a windshield was shattered from a vehicle on Crestbriar Court.
A theft from a motor vehicle occurred at 10:51 a.m. Tuesday in the 5000 block of Garth Road. Items valued at 450 dollars were stolen from the vehicle.
A burglary occurred in the 6900 block of Garth Road between 11:30 and 11:45 p.m. A business was burglarized, an estimated $1,000 in damage and items taken were recovered, and two people were arrested.
A burglary occurred at 100 East Murrill Avenue at 1 07 PM Tuesday but no items were taken. Between 630 AM and 352 PM Tuesday another burglary at 1500 East Foyle Avenue saw electronics jewelry and a gun valued at 1900 stolen. A third break in happened 215 to 230 PM Tuesday on Taft Drive stealing electronic equipment. A final burglary at 300 West Baker Road at 732 PM Tuesday took 280 worth of clothing and household goods.
A Baytown woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated by drugs in the 9000 block of North Highway 146 at 2 47 p m Tuesday. She had four pills without a prescription and faces an additional charge of possession of a controlled substance. A Baytown man was arrested for drug influenced driving near Harold Lane and State Street at 4 48 p m Tuesday. He was charged with possession of a prohibited weapon and possession of a controlled substance. SEE POLICE PAGE 8
