Humble Seeks To Nullify Pasadena Annexation Move
Humble with Oi and Refining Co and multiple ranch owners joins Houston in a lawsuit to nullify Pasadena's annexation of 72 square miles including the Manned Spacecraft Center site. New petitioners, among them Wesley West and M West families and Gail Whitcomb, are added as litigants in an amended petition by Will Sears. District Judge Bert H. Tunks granted leave to file, with Houston and Texas as major complainants against Pasadena and La Porte.
