Local man pleads not guilty to Shell Deer Park bomb threats
Leo Gaytan 35 of Baytown pleaded not guilty to charges for two false bomb threats to the Shell Deer Park petro-chemical plant last October. Indicted by a federal grand jury in May, he turned himself in after a warrant was issued. Trial set for July 6 with potential 10-year sentence if convicted. He posted 1500 bail on a 50000 bond.
