Future Nurses Day at Robert E. Lee High School

The Future Nurses Club at Robert E. Lee High School celebrates Friday as Future Nurses Day with school songs and plans. Members engage in educational programs, community service as Bluebird volunteers at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital, Easter baskets for Cerebral Palsy Center, and aiding the Houston-Harris County TV Association drive. This year they begin a project to help a baby girl with speech development in a home with mute parents.

Chris Comeaux To Lead Future Nurses At REL High

Chris Comeaux will head the Future Nurses Club at Robert E. Lee High School next year succeeding Molly St. John. At the annual awards banquet held Wednesday night at Goose Creek Country Club new officers were installed including Maxine Williams Teresa Guest Belinda McWilliams Terry Adams Anna Casey Becky Skelton Donna Page Jackie Greer and more. The club presented a gift to sponsor Mrs. Joan Johnson a public health nurse who started the REL club 14 years ago.
