Drowning Victim Identified in San Jacinto River
Fabian Salgado, 18, of Milby High School, drowned in the Banana Bend area of the San Jacinto River. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences ruled the death accidental after authorities searched the water for hours and recovered his body with the Marine Unit.
