Gulf Oil Cor Orange plant employees were transferred to the Baytown Olefin Plant. Olney Beltz and Jimmy W. Brown move to the polyethylene unit laboratory as chemists. Beltz, a 1961 Gulf recruit and 1965 senior analyst, comes from the Orange facility with his wife and two sons. Brown, also with two sons, is joining Gulf at Baytown.
