Baytown driving echoes racing lore and risky turns
Baytown streets reflect Indy NASCAR and European F1 flavor with continuous left turn lanes and drivers using turn lanes as acceleration lanes. Concerns rise over near misses and potential head-on crashes near Alexander, Garth, and Bay Plaza areas. Local observer Chris Buckner notes Californians ignoring stop signs and questions enforcement after red light cameras fade.
