Domestic disturbance ends with police arrest and conflicting accounts
At 10 30 a m Sunday officers responded to a domestic disturbance on Shady Hill Drive. A sister reported an argument with her brother recently released from prison who then threatened her with gestures and a gun. The brother was arrested for class C assault amid subsequent collision claims between his girlfriend and a vehicle she followed closely after catching him with another woman. The girlfriend said the collision was unintentional and the DA declined to file charges.
