Mundinger discloses in Baytown that he pleaded no contest to a 1995 felony theft of service in Brazoria County related to bad checks for a oil business where he was a principal partner. Under a two year deferred probation, his conviction was dismissed after he paid 3078 in restitution to four firms and the Brazoria County Worthless Checks Division. Judge to rule on TSP option this week
