Shell backs Texas Air and Water Foundation study plan
Shell Chemical Co of Deer Park announced its support for the Texas Air and Water Resources Foundation. The foundation, chartered in 1965, aims to study water quality in Galveston Bay including the Houston Ship Channel and tributaries, with Shell contributing to the study fund. The foundation’s members include prominent civic and industry figures from Harris, Chambers, Galveston and Brazoria counties.
