Louisiana man Williams killed near Baytown tennis courts
Police say 45 year old Williams was found shot lying near the Spring Creek Apartments on Northwood Drive Tuesday night. He died at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital. Baker, 28, also from Louisiana and living in Baytown, is charged with murder. investigators suspect possible drug links and say more people may be involved.
