Baytown Chamber Leadership Board of Directors and Executive Team
The 2003-2004 Baytown Chamber year saw expanded member benefits and increased service. The board, led by Jerry O'Brien, advanced an Operating Plan aligned with a three year Strategic Plan chaired by Reggie Brewer, focusing on growth, lobbying, and infrastructure to attract business and residents. The chamber logged thousands of inquiries, over ten thousand monthly website visits, and expanded online event registration while tracking member referrals and contacts. The group addressed Sanitary Wastewater capacity with the Economic Development Foundation and pursued long range economic planning amidst Grand Parkway concerns.
