Lee College Board of Regents discussed employing a full time project inspector for construction of the vocational-technical facility and the academic student union. Architect James A. Davis said surveying soil testing and inspection would be reimbursable as construction costs with the college likely paying just under 60 percent of the salary. He estimated 750 to 800 dollars per month for one inspector covering both projects while working drawings and state revisions proceed after May 1965.
