Seven Drug Arrests Reported By Police
Baytown police reported seven arrests for marijuana possession in two early morning roundups. Kenneth Earl Martin and Samuel Saxton faced charges including marijuana possession and felony theft of welding equipment in Deer Park. Saxton also faced a weapon charge with bond set at 3,300 total. In a separate incident, five youths were charged with marijuana possession and dangerous drugs after a stop in the 1200 block of Magnolia. Bond for four youths ranged from 1,000 to 50,000 for Ruben Martinez who remained in Harris County Jail.
