Baytown Council Lowers Firefighters Minimum Age to 18

Felix Hatchell a vice president at Horace Mann Junior High died of a heart attack about 9 45 p m at Robert Lee Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 3 30 p m Saturday at Earthman Funeral Home with Rev Dr Hubert Moore and Rev Clyde Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Cedarcrest Cemetery. Survivors include his wife Helga Hatchell of Baytown two brothers Bob Hatchell and Jack Hatchell, one sister Mrs Elaide Casey and the Cantrells daughter Paula Cantrell Derese.
