Lynchburg Ferry to get new boats in Harris County upgrade
Harris County commissioners approved two new boats for the Lynchburg Ferry at a total estimated cost of 2.6 million dollars to be funded from Precinct 2. Commissioner Sylvia Garcia said the plan follows a private study showing the new vessels would save about 19 million over 20 years.
