Man identified in fatal Baytown car crash
Police identified Henry Rene Gutierrez Jr., 20, of Baytown, as the man killed when he ran a red light on Missouri Street and was struck by a southbound track. Gutierrez was pronounced dead at the scene. the truck driver was uninjured. A separate incident on FM 2100 involved Blake Griffin, 23, of Baytown, in a road rage crash causing minor injuries to Griffin and none to others.
