District 3 Council candidates to undergo interviews Tuesday

Baytown Historical Museum opens Coastliners exhibit tracing five local teens who formed the coastlines of Baytown and Lynchburg in 1960s surf music. They produced six regional Top 10 records, two reaching No 1 with She's My Girl and Alight, and opened for Roy Orbison Neil Diamond Sonny and Cher the Righteous Brothers and the Beach Boys. The group was voted best Houston-area musical group by The Houston Post in 1967. Exhibits include photos posters and hit records.
