A man identified as Ross Edge was fatally electrocuted in an 8:30 a.m. Friday accident at XRAL, a storage and terminating company, one-half mile west of Highway 146 on West Winfree Road. Justice of the Peace Larry Cryer said the death appeared to be due to electrocution. Edge's last known address was Liberty.

Bradford to Sing at Kiwanis Convention in Houston
Gary Dee Bradford, a 22 year old Baytown gospel singer, will perform at Kiwanis International events in Houston. Chambers County reopens Bun's Beach under Adair contract
