Baytown bid call requires 10 percent bid guarantee
A bid guarantee in the form of a bidder's bond or certified/check made out to the City of Baytown must accompany each proposal. Plans and bidding documents cost 50 dollars per set and may be inspected at the City of Baytown Engineering Office and several supplier offices. The owner may reject any or all bids and will award to the lowest responsible bidder. a mandatory pre-bid conference is set for June 16, 2006.
