Baytown issues permits for May to June valued at 599k
City records show residential and commercial permits totaling 599,152 from May 27 to June, with 297,500 for new commercial work including a doctors office at 4308 Allenbrook Drive for Carrie Jennings Family Trust and Brumley Building Co. Also 280,052 for commercial remodels and 21,600 for residential adds. Specific jobs include a 297,500 office project and several remodels on Thompson Road Garth Road and other addresses. A restaurant occupancy at 2702 N Main Street was issued June 2 for Joaquin Andrade.
