Race Disorder Advocate Shifts Base to Asia

Robert F. Williams, an American Negro who spoke for Fidel Castro in advancing racial disruption in the United States, appears to have moved his operations to Asia. He had preached black rebellion for years in English broadcasts from the Cuban regime, with recent reports of appearances in Red China. Cuban Havana Radio monitors note his broadcasts ended last March, though his Revolutionary Action Movement remains active in Cuba. U.S. officials examine possible ties between his group and racial disturbances, as Williams was tied to Hanoi and the China Peace Committee in Peking. His The Crusader newsletter, edited in Cuba, has also been discontinued.
