Two Baytown men arrested for air conditioner theft
Two Baytown men aged 23 and 24 were arrested around 4 a.m. Friday after a police officer interrupted what appeared to be an air conditioner theft. A pickup truck was seen driving erratically near Commerce Street and Marian Avenue, headlights off, with an air conditioner found in the back of a doll in Marian Avenue residence. The driver fled while another man was found hiding in the yard. Both were charged with theft and jailed in Harris County.
