The Yankees of the Senior Optimist Teen League and the Eagles will represent Bay town in the Optimist Club teenage baseball tournament starting Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the Robert E. Lee diamond. The Yanks are league champions, with the Eagles second. last year the Eagles won the league and the Yanks won the tournament. The schedule opens with the Eagles facing Crosby at 6, then Pasadena No 1 vs Deer Park No 1, followed by the Yanks vs Pasadena No 2 at 8, with Deer Park No 2 and Channelview preceding. The Eagles are Baytown No 3 and the Yanks No 2. The tourney ends Saturday with trophies for the champion and runner-up.
