Crosby pair charged in felony dog attack
Kimberly Sheppard and her partner, both from Crosby, face third degree felony charges for a severe bite attack on a boy in the 500 block of Elk Drive. Witnesses include a 12 year old girl and the victim’s mother. Police say dogs are a hound mix and a lab pit bull mix. Both remained free on bail with August arraignments in Harris County 263rd District Court.

IRS adjusts mileage rate for 2011 due to gas prices
