Louisiana man held after two day Baytown crime spree

A weekend of shootings across Redonda and Trestles Apartments left a woman dead and three others injured. Police arrested a person of interest Monday in connection with the related attacks, with victims including Ashley Broussard, 21, who died, and a 15-year-old girl in stable condition.
