Flags of War Memorial at Strawberry Park

In March I visited Strawberry Park with my mom and grandpa to view a display of over 3,000 small United States flags honoring fallen military personnel from Iraq. Each flag pole carried the service member’s name, military number, and photo, with Texas flags on Texas entries. The exhibit mirrors the Memorial Park display in Houston on Memorial Day.
