Baytown Annexations to Spur Growth North of I 10
Our view favors new construction and annexation as Baytown expands northward. An 82 acre site for a 300 home subdivision between North Main and Stolander Road and a 114 acre tract at Wallisville and Garth roads are planned. Annexations aim to boost property values, tax base, and local jobs while reducing burdens on taxpayers.
