A D Woodward Elected Moose Lodge Governor
A D Woodward of 621 West Drive Channelview was elected governor of Baytown Moose Lodge 1050. A carpenter contractor and longtime lodge member, he previously served as pre late and junior governor and is active in Mooseheart and Moose Haven work. Channelview seniors received Bibles at graduation from Old River Terrace Methodist Church. The 4H Club picnic at 615 Harding Street featured model dress revue and multiple award winners including Connie Afa ters, Kathy Hanson, and Nelson DeVille. Grand champion Toggenburg milker goat at the Galveston County Fair Arcadia went to Gary Hanson. other winners included Kathy Hanson Gretchen Barnes and Debbie Dear.
