The Tuesday winner took $16,090. Assistant manager Jashmin Vadin said a customer bought quick picks with $8, the clerk accidentally rang one extra, and paid for the extra numbers himself. He recouped $2 from the customer, who regularly buys tickets, though the winner’s name wasn’t released.
